About us

We are a modern company specialising in planning, completion of deliveries, installation, commissioning and servicing of building installations, water supply and sewage systems, as well as carrying out earthworks and road surfacing works. The quality of our services and meeting the highest standards is evidenced by the Quality Management System Certificate obtained by the Company. The certificate is in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard.

 

We conduct system activities in accordance with standardised regulations that allow us to use our resources effectively. We are a member of Izba Budownictwa [the Building Industry Chamber] in Katowice. We have a highly qualified team of managers, engineers and specialists as well as comprehensive equipment facility. We can flexibly assign the available workforce to the characteristics of the projects we are currently working on.

We provide effective solutions tailored to individual needs. We pay particular attention to the provision of efficient service facility. Our solutions are intended for large industrial buildings such as office buildings, hotels, shopping malls, public buildings, production halls, sports halls, swimming pools and hospitals.

TELBUD

TELBUD Sp.z o.o. begins its activity. It provides services related to technical installations of buildings. Thanks to the high quality of the works performed, it quickly gains the recognition among the Customers. The company develops its expertise in civil engineering, installation services and roadworks.

1990

KLIMA-TEST

KLIMA-TEST Sp. z o.o. offers services related to ventilation, air conditioning, electrical installations as well as automation and monitoring of the above-mentioned installations. Additionally, it also provides fire protection installations and building management solutions (BMS). The company designs installations through its in-house design office and carries out inspections and maintenance works on existing installations.

2012

COOPERATION

TELBUD merges with KLIMA-TEST. A new name of the joint organisation is created – TKS. The effect of the merger is almost immediate strengthening of the market position.

2016

NEW SEAT

TKS establishes its new headquarters in Katowice. From now on, all machines, equipment and vehicles are located in one place. Operating costs are significantly reduced.

Currently, TKS is a leading installation company in Poland and a leader in Silesia, ready to draw on more than 30 years of experience in the Polish construction sector.

Mariusz Koprek

President of the Management Board

Experience
Mariusz Koprek Before taking up the managerial position in TKS, Mariusz Koprek had been the co-owner and President of the Board of KLIMA- TEST for 22 years. He gained his professional experience in the industry as an employee of Mimet- Projekt.

Education
Mariusz Koprek is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology.

Sławomir Suławko

Deputy President of the Management Board

Experience
Sławomir Suławko has begun his career as a Commercial Director in AMIGO, an undertaking providing HVAC installations. In 1996 he joined KLIMA-TEST as a Commercial Specialist. He was promoted successively to the position of Deputy Commercial Director, Deputy Marketing Director and Deputy President of the Management Board. After the merger of KLIMA-TEST and TELBUD, he was appointed Deputy President of the Management Board and has held this position until today.

Education
He graduated from the Academy of Economics in Katowice.

Ryszard Depczyński

Deputy President of the Management Board

Experience
Ryszard Depczyński rozpoczął karierę zawodową obejmując stanowisko Specjalisty w Instal Katowice w 1981 roku. Niedługo potem został awansowany na stanowisko Zastępcy Kierownika Zespołu. W 1989 odszedł z Instal Katowice i dołączył do Spółki TELBUD gdzie został mianowany Prezesem Zarządu. Po fuzji TELBUDu i KLIMA-TESTu objął stanowisko Wiceprezesa Zarządu TKS.

Wykształcenie
Absolwent Wydziału Inżynierii Sanitarnej Politechniki Śląskiej.

Łukasz Kuropatwa

Deputy President of the Management Board

Experience
Łukasz Kuropatwa joined KLIMA-TEST in 2007 as a Construction Engineer. Since then he has been associated with the Company. In 2012, after the merger, he took up the role of Director of Networks and Roadworks at TKS. In 2019, he was appointed to the Company’s Management Board as Deputy President.

Education
Graduate of the Silesian University of Technology.
